CHALLENGES
One of the key challenges was replicating Tramontina’s best-selling pan as a life-sized photo op, ensuring it looked realistic and premium rather than like a prop. Achieving the right materials and design took careful coordination and attention to detail. Another challenge was creating a strong cultural connection for an international brand launching in India, requiring us to carefully balance global appeal with local relevance. Coordinating multiple elements like the history pathway, LED mapping, and live cooking demos seamlessly was also demanding, but all was managed by ease.
